Never could make myself to eat arugula in salad, well, maybe few leaves only. The taste was always too tangy and bitter for me. Now i found the way to make it work for me- in smoothie with mango!
Yes, i add handful of arugula and spinach, some mango and other fruit. And voila! i am having super healthy smoothie.
