There has been great pumpkin soup recepies around, so i coulnt help to try one myself. And belive me I was simply amazed.
Made some tweeks of course, but generally idea was same. I used the broth i made day before and squash that i pre-baked in foil in oven for about 1hour. As well went in carrot from yesterday’s broth (not to trow stuff away) and can of coconut oil. To make things even more filling- fried some fatty bacon chunks with pumpkin seeds.
Soup came out super filling, and super tasty. I just couldnt belive it!
