Added sugar journey – week one review

Its been a great and lovely week now, since i have limited added sugar intake to the maximum. And I can tell you some results I have noticed just in this single week:

  • better ability to focus on work tasks
  • more stable mood
  • better sleep
  • lighter period
  • cleared up skin
  • lighter symptoms of eczema
  • better circulation in extremities
  • feeling more optimistic in general
  • ability to focus my brain in evening

Is there anything that you have noticed yourself when going added-sugar free?
