Something interesting i have noticed since quitting sugar for less than a week now -i am feeling way more alert after lunch and dinner and not so sleepy any more.

I am able to follow the conversation and work more productively now, since i ditched the sugar. The feeling of being tired and yawning and fuzzy mind havent visited me since.

And i feel more alert in evening, before it was like i was totally shattered and not feeling happy or able to do anything much. Now it is totally different story.

I am eager to see how much my abilities will improve over time of few months without added sugar
